1. How do I order a Custom Pet Portrait?
A - ONE OF TWO WAYS:

2. What information do you need when I email you?
A - I need to know the size portrait you want. and if there is any particular background color you have in mind. (MOST of my colors are featured on this page...just reference the dog or cat's name)
3. What color backgrounds do you suggest?
A. I USE Aquas, bright blues, pinks of all shades, yellows and greens.
If you would like me to pick for you I can do that too.
TYPICALLY,
in a 20" x 20" we can incorporate much of your pets body....

4. How much is shipping?
A. Depends on the size. Up to 20" x 20" shipped USPS and is $20
sizes larger than 20" x 20" are shipped FEDEX and PRICE depends on the size.

5. What is the turnaround time?
A. Turnaround time - 3-4 weeks...usually MUCH sooner. Holiday orders 4-6wks, so get your orders in early.
6. What if I have more than one pet that I want a portrait for?
Unless your pets are the same size , unfortunately the larger dog will get "TOP" billing.
For this reason, I suggest two smaller portraits for dogs of different sizes.

Multiple pets can be done on canvases 16” x 16” or larger
Prices as follows:
*16" x 16"& 20" x 20" - $100 each
*18" x 24" - $150/each
*30" x 30" - $250/each
the pricing is about the same either way...
it all comes down to personal preference.
7. I am interested in one of your Other Original paintings, how do I buy them?
A. You may buy a painting a few different ways. You may email me directly and I will send you a paypal invoice. You may also buy any of my paintings HERE

8. What kind of payment do you take?
A - I take Paypal , credit cards and personal checks.
Your painting is shipped after your check clears. Full payment required before Custom order can be started.

9. May I return a painting?
A. - At this time, all sales are final.

10. For a custom portrait what do I need to send you?
A. - I would need at least 2-3 photographs, close up if possible of your pet. A GREAT view is one taken from above, with your pet looking up.
11. Will the painting look exactly like my Pet?
Great Question! I LOVE painting Custom Pet Portraits! Please keep in mind that as an Impressionistic Artist, my painting will be MY impression of your pet and their personality, through the photos you send and any anecdotes you share. My paintings are not designed to be "realistic" or to look "just like a photo", but to capture the essence of your Pet in a whimsical and colorful way!!!
Generally speaking 12"X 12" paintings will be JUST head and shoulders. 16" x 16" and larger will include below the chest and other features like the tail can be Incorporated.
