Holiday Decorating 2012

Day by day...the house looks more Holiday ready...

Baby's First Christmases
About 60% of my Holiday decorations are Photos of the kids over the years...at Christmas
The stockings are hung on the staircase with care....

My Mom absolutely LOVED Christmas...LOVED IT!
and we each inherited some of her collection of Beautiful Signed Handmade Santa's when she passed away...
My Mom gave us this Mary and Joseph for a Wedding Present...It is my favorite decoration...

...a few years ago I made and sold these message boards and I absolutely LOVE my Holiday ones which I take out and fill with Christmas Cards each year...
I have four and they get jam packed!  I tried both sets here...what do you think?
side note...the pocket doors are broken..and the left one is open as far as I can get it to go!

Charlie falls asleep under the glow of the tree every night...

This is my NEWEST decoration...I bought it months ago...I mean it was made for me!
I hung it here before Halloween!

  6. I love your Christmas decorating. But I really really love your yearly Christmas pictures of your family. That is such a great idea.

My favorite decorations at my house, beside the tree, which is always #1, is my Dickens Christmas Village. It's not handmade, but it makes me happy just the same.

  8. We finally decorated this weekend and I love the way the house looks when all the Christmas stuff is out.

Your decor looks exactly what I think about xmas, memories and things with some meaning behind it. I love that. I am loving the wreath too.

Happy Holidays and keep up the posting.
