I LOve July 4.

One the  NO-Gift Holidays

It is a simple, make it what you want, kind of  day.

No inflatable flags in the yard.

Just a day to celebrate

I have

Wagon loads of good July 4 memories

summer vacations, family, friends, 

FIREWORKS! 

This year,  

We are AT THE BEACH this Fourth of July.

(STILL NO power at our house back home) 

hubs just sent me this pic!

The BIG kids have SURF lessons this morning....

and Cooper and I have  a date at the TENNIS court for a rematch

(he beat me in three matches)

and then we will head to the beach with Charlie;

go down to the Scarborough Fair for shopping later with the family.

FOURTH  OF JULY PICNIC PARTY

We hosted a Neighbor Shin Dig.

It was a day to remember. 

what I love when I look at this photo is that the boy on the front right (white t shirt)
and the girl (Phoebe in Braids and a red T shirt) ...two years later are these two below at the 8th Grade dinner dance...
time flies...

  So,

Quiet and Homebound...

perhaps staying cool inside and watching the Twilight Zone Marathon....

or spent on Vacation at the beach or the Lake or the City...

or Hectic and Full Of Fireworks and burgers ....
