SUMMER PROJECTS - and FINISHING THE KITCHEN!!!

SUMMER IS HERE!!!

I tried to post yesterday..

I wrote....

"SUMMER IS HERE".
and that is as far as I got...

 I got busy doing the first day of summer.

...we went fishing.

...we went wine tasting...

Then to Lowes. (try it sometime)
....then a Target run...

then some Bocce in the yard with Mimi and Poppi and  

then burgers on the grill...

it was THE absolutely PERFECT summer day.

We will eventually fall into somewhat of a routine...

but for the most part we will be chillin.

We are finalizing our travel plans.

And I am beyond excited that I will be attending 
not ONE

but TWO
 Blogging conferences...

*HAVEN in Atlanta - NEXT WEEK!!!

and 
*BLOGHER in NYC August 3-5.

Yippee Yahoo!

So all that out of the way....lets talk about MY summer Project.
TO FINISH THE KITCHEN!!!

Last summer I began...what PROBABLY will become 
the longest Kitchen renovation EVER. 
Step one was the replacement of all the kitchen Cabinet doors.

  then I got NEW lighting...

and I have replaced the dishwasher ....

what remains...well....
EVERYTHING else....
1.The Floor
2. The countertops
3. The appliances
4. The back splash
5. The sink 




Tomorrow I will begin to break it down with you, the tasks and 
my quest for the best deals...the best look for the best price.
